Great Two Days
Thanks for being a great, stimulating group. Your questions, discussion has been very thoughtprovoking. Don't forget to turn on those creative juices to begin work on the art work due on Wed, June 25. Your syllabus will be due on Fri, June 27 or before. If you need assistance, please call my cell or home. I will be in and out of the office at the University next week. Your museum paper will be due on Monday, June 23. Looking forward to seeing back at Upstate in a week.

Thank you. I know I've enjoyed the class so far.
I am having a great time with the class and I am half way finished with my drawing. I love that we are doing something different and have a chance to be creative.
I really appreciate the help also, I did not think that there was so much that went into an AP Art program, but I was wrong. I have enjoyed learning and I hope that I can meet the standards of becoming a good AP Art teacher.
I agree with all of you. This course has forced me to wrestle with fusing, joined, and integrating new material with old material into a more cohesive program. All of my students will benefit with this AP education because they will have an even better system to work in to set artsy and the less artsy students up for success.
Art is a necessary part of life. Almost all human are visual/tactile beings need to further develop this important way of expressing ourselves and communicating with others to create/weave the richest fabric of our lives or ever-changing masterpieces.
You can say that again Sarah!!
Thank you Mary Lou and Robert for a wonderful experience. I agree with Sarah that this course has opened doors of creativity within myself inwhich will benefit my students, not just AP, but also General. I also agree with Roxanne, that giving us teacher/artists a chance to be creative is very rewarding!
Thank you Roxanne.
I thought my message was dumped when I was booted off of the network hours ago. Do you note the times? The server is in a different time zone than we are.
Thanks for having us do a piece of art. Having a 3 year at home does not give me a lot of opportunity to work at home. However, since it is an assignment, I am able to find much more opportunity to work (such as forcing my husband to do some motherly duties all for the sake of my art!!!!). It has also been so interesting to see the AP process as a teacher. So far, all I have understood about AP Art is from the standpoint of being a high school student...and that was quite a while ago!
